Learn more about what makes Strong Roots OT the best practice in the area for mom & baby.
the secret is that we love what we do!
Our Mission
Strong Roots Occupational Therapy provides compassionate and culturally focused prenatal and postpartum occupational therapy services that support maternal well being, infant development, and the early parent-child relationship through education, therapeutic care and community connections.
Our Values
Whole-Person Care
We support the entire experience of motherhood: your physical recovery, emotional well being, daily routines, identity shifts and more.
Empowerment through Education
We believe knowledge builds confidence. We provide clear, supportive guidance so you can make informed decisions for yourself and your baby.
Rooted in Real Life
Our services are practical, adaptable, and designed to fit into your actual day to day life, not an ideal version of it.
Connection Matters
Motherhood is not meant to be done alone. We prioritize relationships, community, and creating meaningful spaces where you feel seen and supported.
Culturally Responsive Support
We honor your background, your language, and your lived experience, creating care that feels respectful and inclusive.
Meet Paula Bradley
MOT, OTR/L
My name is Paula Bradley, and I’m a bilingual maternal and pediatric occupational therapist and the heart behind Strong Roots Occupational Therapy.
My own personal journey of becoming a mom of three kids and facing difficulties with breastfeeding, experiencing postpartum depression (PPD) and postpartum anxiety (PPA) has led me to this path of providing support to expecting mothers, babies and families.
With over 10 years of experience across inpatient rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient pediatrics, and school-based settings, I’ve seen how much the right support can change everything.
That’s why I created Strong Roots Occupational Therapy.
This practice is built on the belief that mothers deserve care too. That your mental health matters. That your routines, your environment, and your confidence as a parent all play a role in your well being.
I offer personalized, compassionate care that supports both you and your baby, with a strong focus on education, connection, and real-life integration.
We’d love to connect!
